| The Challenge: build a 100% passively cooled, fanless PC that's capable of handling HD media (HD DVD and Blu Ray) and actually looks like a proper bit of AV kit. Although I could have bought both an HD DVD player and a Blu Ray player for the amount of money I spent building this thing (and at the moment I only have HD DVD) going the Media PC / HTPC route means I also have a great interface to my photos and music collections via Windows Media Center. | Just a quick note: I'm back in London now. I will update the blog properly ASAP, but just to say that I did indeed make it to Madrid on Day 15 (28 Sept 2006) and with no further cheating, although I had a very expensive and frustrating problem in Madrid which wasn't the best ending to the ride. Still, all's well that ends well and all that, I'm in one piece, bike seems to have survived EasyJet and it's good to be back home.
